Chhabra Pruthy Properties

Chhabra Pruthy Properties is run out of Booth No 22 in Dugri Phase Ii, which is part of the Urban Estate. Working from a booth means space is a bit tight, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. It is a cozy setup, and we are right in the heart of the community here. Being in Dugri Phase Ii means we see the same faces every day, which is something we actually quite enjoy. The booth gets a lot of light during the day, though it can get pretty cold in the winter months. We have a small heater that we keep under the desk to stay warm. Most of our work involves sitting at the main table and going through the daily records. We don't have a big staff, so it is usually just one or two of us here at any given time. People often stop by just to say hello or ask about what is going on in the neighborhood. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time because it is nice to offer a cup to anyone who walks in. The Urban Estate is a good place to be, and Booth No 22 is where we spend the majority of our week. It is a simple life, and we don't feel the need to change much about how we operate. We just stay here and handle the business as it comes.
