Chalty Estate

Our place is situated on Hubran Road, right where New Kitchlu Nagar meets the rest of the neighborhood. Chalty Estate has been operating from here for quite some time now. The address can be a bit confusing for people since it sits near Kuvempu Road and the Dasarahalli Main Road, but once you find Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, you’re basically there. We have a simple office that we keep open throughout the week. It isn’t anything too special to look at, just a regular building where we handle the property stuff. I spend most of my time looking at maps or talking to people who walk in from the street. It gets dusty sometimes with all the traffic on Dasarahalli Main Road, but we try to keep the place tidy enough for visitors. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the Kitchlu Nagar area inside and out. It’s a decent spot because we can see everything happening on Hubran Road from the front window. A lot of folks stop by just to ask for directions or see what’s available in the area. We don't mind. It’s part of being a local business in a place like Bhuvaneshwari Nagar. We’ve seen the roads change a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s a bit cramped with all the files we keep, but it works for what we need to do every day.
