Chahal Property Consultant. We are located at 38 Gill Bpc Road in Karatar Enclave. It’s a decent area and our office is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We’ve been working as property consultants here for a while now. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. Usually, it’s just us sitting here with some tea, waiting for the phone to ring or for someone to walk in. Karatar Enclave is a quiet place compared to the main city areas, which we like. We deal with all sorts of property matters around Gill Bpc Road. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our own knowledge of the local streets and who owns what. People come to us when they want to know the value of a house or if there’s a plot available nearby. We spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors and staying updated on the local news. It’s a relaxed way to work, but we stay busy enough. The walls of the office are a bit bare, and the furniture has been around as long as we have. We don't feel the need for anything flashy. We just want to give people the right information about the property they are interested in. It’s a steady job and we’ve made a lot of friends in the enclave over the years. We just keep our notes in order and do our best to help everyone who walks in.
