Chabra Property Dealer is located at 18 Model Town, right near G T B Hospital. Being near the hospital means there’s always people moving about. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the neighborhood has become very familiar to us. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of chairs, a desk, and a phone that rings more than we’d like. We don’t do any of that fancy internet marketing stuff. We just put a sign out and talk to the people who walk through the door. Most of our clients are people from the area or doctors and staff from the hospital looking for somewhere close to work. We know which houses have good ventilation and which ones are a bit cramped. We don't try to sugarcoat things. Buying a house or renting an apartment is a big deal, and we treat it that way, but without all the corporate talk. We’re just regular people helping other regular people. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is. We aren't looking to expand or become some huge company. We’re happy right here in Model Town. If you need to find us, just look for the spot near G T B Hospital. We’ll likely be there, probably having a cup of tea and looking through the day’s listings. It is a simple life.
