Calista Salon And Spa is over on Malhar Road in Ludhiana, right in the Gurdev Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Punjab National Bank and quite close to the Hero Bakery. It’s a busy corner, especially near the Sarabha Nagar red lights. We have a fair amount of space here for both salon services and some spa treatments. It’s a bit more relaxed than a standard barber shop because we have separate rooms for things like massages or facials. The lighting is a bit dimmer in the back to help people relax. We’ve been here for a few years now. The staff is a mix of people who have been with us since we opened and some newer faces. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything; we just show up and do the work as best as we can. It’s a nice place to come if you’ve had a long week and just want to sit in a chair for an hour. We get a lot of people from the nearby residential areas. It can get pretty packed on Saturday afternoons, so the waiting area might be full of bags and people looking at magazines. We just try to keep the atmosphere friendly and easygoing for everyone. It is not the most modern place in Ludhiana, but it’s tidy and we know what we are doing.
