Bkproperties is based at 8-C Model Gram South. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the National Laboratory. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is nice for doing business. We have been here for a good while now, just doing our thing with local real estate. My name is on the door, but it’s a small operation. We handle rentals, sales, and all the usual stuff that comes with property in Model Gram. It’s not a glamorous job. A lot of it is just answering the phone and walking people through houses that might be a bit dusty or need work. We don't sugarcoat things. If a place has a leaky pipe or a loud neighbor, we usually mention it. We think it’s better that way. People in this part of town appreciate a direct approach. Most of our clients come from the neighborhood or are moving here for work at the lab or nearby offices. We keep our files organized, but the office always feels like a workspace, not a showroom. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do right by the people who live here. Dealing with property is just our way of making a living.
