Bittu Property Dealer

Bittu Property Dealer is tucked away in the Megh Raj Building over at Chaura Bazar. We are on the 4th Cross, near Muddamma Garden and not too far from Saban Bazar. It’s a lively part of the city and there is always something going on. I started this work because I liked meeting people and I knew this area like the back of my hand. We handle all sorts of property things, whether it’s a small shop in the bazaar or a house near the garden. It is a very hands-on job. Most days I am out meeting owners or showing properties to families. The office is just a base where we keep our registers and take some calls. We don't spend a lot on marketing because word of mouth works better in a place like Chaura Bazar. People know where to find us. It’s not always easy, sometimes deals fall through or the paperwork is a mess, but we just keep at it. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. If someone is looking for a place in this neighborhood, they usually end up at our desk eventually. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but the way we do business stays the same. Just sitting down, having a tea, and figuring out what someone needs. No pressure, just regular work. It keeps the days interesting and the neighborhood moving.
