Bindra Estates

Bindra Estates is located right in the Civil Line area, very close to the main bus stop. Being near the transport hub means we get a lot of people just dropping by to see what's on the market. We've been around for a long time, and we've seen how Civil Line has changed over the decades. It used to be much quieter, but now it's always buzzing with people coming and going. We mostly help people find houses or spots for their businesses around here. Our office is a comfortable place where we sit down and have a tea while we talk about property prices and what’s available. We don't try to be anything we're not. We aren't some big corporate chain with offices in every city. We just know this one area really well. We can tell you which buildings are well-maintained and which ones might have issues with the plumbing or the neighbors. That’s the kind of thing you only know if you’ve lived and worked here for years. We keep our records in old-fashioned files and we prefer to do things the traditional way. It might take a bit longer, but we think it’s more thorough for everyone. If you need a hand finding a place near the bus stop or anywhere else in Civil Line, we’re usually here from morning until evening. We’re just local folks trying to help other locals find a place to call home.
