We’ve been at Plot No 17 in Anudeshak Nagar for a good while now. Our office is right on the Sukhliya Main Road, so it gets pretty busy with all the traffic passing by. It’s just a simple setup where we help people with land and houses. We don’t have any fancy marketing or a big corporate office. It’s mostly just us sitting here, answering the phone and talking to neighbors who drop in. The area has changed quite a bit since we started. There are new buildings popping up all over Sukhliya, and we try to keep track of what’s available. Sometimes the paperwork for these plots is a real headache, but we handle it because that’s what we do. We know the streets around here very well. If someone is looking for a small shop or a place to build a house, they usually come to us because we don’t talk in circles. We tell them exactly what the situation is with the land. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, checking on properties and meeting owners. It’s not an easy job, but it’s honest work. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the local market. Usually, we are busy with registry work or showing someone a plot nearby. If you’re walking down the main road, you’ll see our sign. It’s a practical business for real people who just want a place of their own.
