Our office is right here in Moti Nagar, and we have been working as property dealers in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always something happening with the local houses and shops. We don’t go in for big advertisements or polished sales pitches. Most of the people who come to us are just neighbors or folks who heard about us from someone else in Moti Nagar. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different blocks, looking at available spaces and talking to owners. It is the only way to really know what is going on in the market. Our office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and the noise from the street outside. We have stacks of maps and property documents everywhere because we like to double-check everything ourselves. Buying or renting a place is a big deal for most people, so we try to make the process as normal as possible. We sit down, have some tea, and look at what fits the budget. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who grew up around here. We know the history of many of these buildings. If a plot has some old boundary dispute, we usually know about it. We just want to do a decent job and help people find a spot that works for them.
