Bawa Bhandari Estate

The office is right by the Octroi Post on Kohara Chandigarh Road, so it stays pretty busy with all the trucks and buses going by. Being near the Kalasipalayam Bus Stand means there is always someone walking in asking for directions or looking for a place to rent. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, watching the road get wider and more buildings go up around us. It is a bit loud with the traffic, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend our mornings checking on local listings and talking to owners who have shops or houses nearby. It’s just me and a couple of others here most days. We don’t do the big corporate talk. Usually, someone comes in, we offer them some tea, and we look at what’s available on the books. Chandigarh Road has changed so much, and we’ve seen every bit of it. Sometimes the paperwork for these old estates gets complicated, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a lot of walking around, showing people different plots or flats, and hoping the rain doesn't catch us out. We just try to be helpful and keep things simple for whoever walks through the door. It’s a decent living, and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. Most of our work comes from people just telling their friends about us.
