Basera Property Advisor

Our office is right on A. T. I. Road in New Amar Nagar. We are very close to the auto stand, which makes it easy for people to find us even if they don't have their own car. Basera Property Advisor is basically just a few of us working together to help folks with their real estate needs. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic and the autos outside, but we like being where the action is. I spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood checking out different houses and shops that are for sale. People stop by all the time to ask what's available. We keep everything written down in our ledgers and on the computer. It's a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping our ears to the ground. We don't do fancy ads or anything. Most people know us because they've walked past the office a hundred times. If you're looking for something in the Amar Nagar area, we probably know about it before the signs even go up. The desk is usually covered in papers and maps of the local plots. It's just a regular local business. We try to give clear answers and show people what they're actually getting. It’s just us here at number 2, usually drinking some chai and waiting for the next person to walk in with a question about land. We keep it simple and just do our job.
