You can find Bansal Home Solutionsz over at Plot No-20 in Sukhdev Avenue. We are tucked in near Rajguru Nagar, right off Three K Road. It is a fairly easy place to get to once you know the turns. We started this place because we saw a lot of people struggling to figure out their home needs in this part of town. The office is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of the time, we are just sitting around the main table talking through options with whoever walks in. Three K Road gets pretty busy during the rush hour, so we usually see a lot of traffic passing by. We have been in this location for a while and have seen the houses around Sukhdev Avenue go up one by one. It is a nice little community. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to homes. Sometimes it is helping someone find a spot, other times it is just answering questions about the local area. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. There is always a lot to keep track of with local property. We like the vibe of being near Rajguru Nagar. It feels like a real neighborhood. We are just regular people working out of a small office, trying to keep things moving for our neighbors. If you are in the area, you’ll probably see our sign out front. It’s a bit old but it’s still there.
