Ballu Property

Ballu Property is situated on Subash Nagar Road. Specifically, we are in Grewal Colony on the Main Road in New Subash Nagar. It’s a fairly easy place to find if you are driving down the main road. We’ve got a simple office where we handle all our business. It’s mostly about property deals and helping people figure out their next move. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just work here. The road outside can get pretty busy during the rush hour. Sometimes it feels like the whole of New Subash Nagar is passing by. We deal with all kinds of properties, big and small. Every day brings something a bit different. One day it’s a small plot, the next it’s a house. We just take it as it comes. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time. That helps us understand what people are looking for. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us. We keep our records in order and try to stay on top of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and meetings. Sometimes we have to head out to show someone a place, so the office might be closed for an hour. That’s just part of the routine. We like being on the main road because it keeps us connected to the community. There is always someone dropping in to ask a quick question or show us a listing.
