Baldev Property Dealer is tucked away at 127-L Model Town, in Building No 3. We’re quite close to Gurudwara Singh Sabha, so it’s a nice, peaceful area to work in. You can often hear the prayers in the morning, which is a good way to start the day. Our office is simple—just a room with some chairs and a table where we lay out the property listings. We help people buy, sell, or rent places around Model Town. It’s a lot of chatting with neighbors and keeping our ears to the ground to see who might be moving soon. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign near the Gurudwara or someone they know told them we were honest. We try to keep things straightforward. If a house has a leaky roof, we say so. There’s no point in hiding things. Real estate is about people, and we’ve known most of the families in this part of Model Town for years. We spend our afternoons visiting different properties or just sitting in the office catching up on the local news. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do our work, drink our tea, and try to help people find a decent place to stay. Sometimes we just sit on the bench outside and watch the people going to the temple. It reminds us that there is more to life than just property deals and commission percentages. We like being part of this community.
