Balbir Real Estate is located at Plot No-130-H in Brs Nagar. It’s a pretty standard setup we have here. The office is part of the plot, and we’ve tried to keep it organized, though the files have a way of multiplying on their own. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about where they want to live and what they can afford. Brs Nagar is a good area, and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit over the years. We remember when some of these streets were just empty land. Now, it’s all built up. Our job is mostly just connecting the dots between people who want to sell and people who want to buy. There’s a lot of talk, a lot of driving around to look at different houses, and a fair amount of waiting for signatures. We don't use any fancy software or anything, just some notebooks and our own knowledge of the local blocks. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and the people who come here. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency around. We just want to do a decent job for the folks in Brs Nagar. If someone stops by Plot No-130-H, they usually get a cup of water and a straight answer about whatever property they’re asking about. The dog from the neighboring plot usually stops by around noon for a scrap of bread. Little things like that make the day go by a bit faster while we wait for the next client to show up.
