Bagga Property Dealer

Bagga Property Dealer is located right on the G T Road, specifically on the 200 Feet Road in Urban Estate Phase II. We are at Plot No 4014, which is just across from Janta Enclave. Being on such a busy road means there is always something going on outside our door. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily when they are driving by. We handle a lot of different types of plots and houses in this division. The office is usually a bit dusty because of the road work and traffic, but that’s life on the G T Road. We spend our days talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is selling what. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at land. Sometimes the weather is too hot, but we still have to go out and show the plots. We aren't formal people; we just sit down with a cup of tea and talk about the prices and the locations. Most people who come to us are locals or people looking to build something in Phase II. It’s a practical business. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just our notebooks and what we know about the local land. If you’re near Janta Enclave, you’ll see our sign. We’ve been at this spot for a while and plan to stay as long as people need help with property and land deals around here. It's just simple work for us.
