Baba Property Dealer is located on Sua Road in Dhandari Kalan. If you know this area, you know it is very industrial and busy. Our office is right there in the thick of it. We deal with a lot of plots and industrial spaces, as well as homes for the people working nearby. Dhandari Kalan has its own rhythm, and we have been part of it for years. The road outside is usually full of trucks and workers. It gets quite noisy, but we are used to it by now. We are not a fancy agency with suits and ties. We are more likely to be seen in regular clothes, out on the field checking boundaries or talking to owners. Our office is just a practical space where we can sit down and discuss prices. We handle a lot of the local documentation which can be confusing for people who aren't from here. We try to make it easier for them. People come to us because we know the land owners and the history of the plots on Sua Road. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. If a deal is not going to work, we say so. It is a tough business sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge of finding the right spot for someone. We have seen many small shops and factories start up around here. It is good to see the area develop. We just keep doing our bit every day.
