You can find us at B S Kalsi Property, which is located at 256 Gobind Nagar in Jamalpur Awana. Our office is just a part of the neighborhood here. We do property work, mostly helping people find houses or pieces of land around the Gobind Nagar area. It is a bit quieter here than in the middle of the city, which suits us just fine. We have been working out of number 256 for a good while now. It is just a basic office where we keep our maps, registers, and all the documents. We don’t have a large staff or anything corporate. It is usually just us doing the work. Jamalpur Awana is the kind of place where most people know each other, so we hear things through word of mouth. We spend our days talking to neighbors and people who stop by. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing who is moving out and what is coming up for sale. We don't do any flashy advertising or use big words. People just know our name from being around. We try to be helpful and just give people the actual facts about the properties we are showing. It isn't a complicated business. Sometimes we are out walking on a dusty plot in Jamalpur, and other times we are just sitting inside with a cup of tea.
