We are B N T Property Dealers. Our office is situated on Pakhowal Road, right by the Vishal Nagar Chowk. If you are familiar with the chowk, you have probably passed our sign many times. It is a very central location and there are always cars and scooters buzzing by. We focus on properties all along Pakhowal Road and in the colonies that branch off from it. Being near Vishal Nagar Chowk is really helpful because it’s a place everyone can find without a map. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage all the local property work. We aren't a massive corporation with different departments and bosses. It is just a few of us working together. We spend most of the day answering phone calls and heading out to look at different plots or houses. This area has seen so much growth lately, and there are always new buildings going up. We try our best to keep track of who is selling and who is looking to buy. It is just a basic local business. We don’t bother with any marketing jargon or polished speeches. We just tell people the facts. Folks come to us because we are right here at the chowk and we know the streets of Vishal Nagar inside and out. It involves a lot of paperwork and waiting for people to show up for appointments, but that is just the job. We are B N T Property Dealers and we just work here every day.
