You’ll find B K Properties at 8-C Model Gram, right across from the National Laboratory. It’s a pretty easy spot to point out to people. We’ve been in Model Gram for quite a while now. The office is just a simple place where we keep our files and meet folks. It’s not corporate at all. We like it that way because it feels more like home. We handle a lot of different property things, from rentals to selling older houses. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t have a flashy website or use big words to impress anyone. We just tell you what we know about the neighborhood. The National Laboratory across the street is a good landmark, so we never have to give complicated directions. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the maps and documents, but we get things done. We aren’t a massive chain, just a local business trying to help people find a place to stay. Some days are slow and we just sit and have tea, other days we are running around all afternoon. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. If you need someone who knows Model Gram, we’re usually around.
