We are set up right at 27 G.T Road, specifically near the Red Light Chowk. If you know where Shiv Puri is, we are very close to that. Being on the G.T Road means it’s never quiet, but that’s fine by us. At Avtar Property Advisor, we focus on helping people find the right land or home. It’s a straightforward job, though it has its busy moments. We have been in this area for a while and have seen how much the property market shifts. People come in with all sorts of questions about prices and locations. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us sitting at the desk ready to talk. We keep our notes in simple registers and try to stay on top of who is selling what. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. You get to know the families and the people who have lived here for generations. Sometimes the traffic at the chowk makes it hard for people to park, but they usually find a way to get to us. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need. It’s more about giving a bit of honest advice based on what we see every day. The office is plain, but it's where we do our thinking and planning. It’s a regular job for regular people who want to make a living and help their neighbors.
