Avinash Real Estate is set up in Plot No.308 at the Princes' Business Skyline in Vijay Nagar. We are quite close to Vijay Nagar Square, which is a landmark everyone around here uses. The building is one of those modern ones, but our office inside feels a bit more lived-in and cluttered than you might expect. We have papers stacked on the desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit in while we go over things. Being in Vijay Nagar means we are right in the thick of everything. It’s noisy and there is always someone rushing somewhere outside. We are just a handful of staff members who handle the day-to-day work of helping people with property. We don't have any polished marketing speeches or big slogans. We just know the local streets and which buildings are good and which ones have issues. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at the computer, trying to keep track of what’s available. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around with the other people who work in the Skyline. We don't try to act like a big corporate entity. We are just local workers who have a decent handle on the real estate around the square. We show up, do the work, and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the traffic down below. It gets pretty bright in the afternoons, so we usually have to pull the blinds halfway down.
