Ava Realty Llp

We started Ava Realty Llp a while back now. We are tucked away in Shop No. 1 at Aurus in Veerbhadra Nagar, right near Survey No 90. It is a busy spot in Pune, especially around Gate No. 3. Most days, we are just sitting here handling paperwork for local housing or checking out new spots for people to move into. It is not a huge operation. We keep things pretty simple. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get hectic with the phones. Pune is growing fast, you can see it from the window here every morning. Traffic gets a bit much in the afternoon, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people who have lived in the area for years. It helps to know who owns what and where the good plots are before they even go on the market. We don't really do the big fancy ads you see on the highway. Usually, people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone down the street. It is a small space, but we keep it organized enough to get the job done. Sometimes the chai guy comes by twice a day because we are stuck at our desks. If you are ever around 411045, you will probably see our door open. We stay open pretty late most nights.
