Astha Hospital

We are located over in Krishna Nagar, specifically at B-20-1197/1 near Civil Lines. Most people just tell their rickshaw driver to head toward Aarti Chowk to find us. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and there’s always something happening outside. The hospital isn't a massive complex; it’s more of a neighborhood fixture. The entrance has a few steps that lead into a small lobby where the air conditioner usually hums quite loudly to fight off the heat. We have a lot of blue plastic folders for our records, and they’re stacked up in cabinets behind the main counter. The staff stays busy answering phones and talking to the people who walk in off the street. It’s not the kind of place where everything is shiny and new, but we keep it tidy and functional. The floors are mopped every few hours because of all the feet coming through from the dusty streets outside. Sometimes the local vendors come by selling fruit or snacks near the gates. We don’t use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a local hospital in Krishna Nagar where people come when they have a fever or need a bandage. The staff works long shifts, and there’s usually a pot of tea brewing somewhere in the back. It’s a straightforward environment without any extra fluff, just focused on the day-to-day tasks of running a medical facility in this busy part of town.
