Arihant Associates

Our office is tucked away in the Balador Housing Society, which is quite close to the Talegaon Station. Being in E 403 means we are right in the middle of a residential area, so it feels very quiet most of the time, except when the trains go by. We have been operating Arihant Associates from this spot for a while now. It is convenient for us because the Methodist Church is just around the corner and it helps people find the way. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is a small group of us working on various projects and drawings. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with rolls of paper and samples, but we know where everything is. Living and working near Camp in Pune has its own rhythm. We take our tea breaks together and talk about the local news or the latest project we are tackling. It’s a practical setup. We don’t go for flashy decorations in here. Most of our time is spent on the computer or out meeting people at their sites. We like being part of the Talegaon community. It is a growing place and there is always something happening near the station. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. If the doorbell rings, it’s usually a neighbor or a client stopping by for a quick chat about their renovation.
