Our shop is located on Street No.7 in Santokh Nagar, which is over in the New Shiv Puri area. It’s a busy little street with a lot of people walking past the door all day long. We do a lot of different things here, mostly having to do with mobile phones and getting people set up with their connections. Whether it’s a quick phone recharge or someone needs help figuring out a new SIM card, they usually stop in here. The shop is quite small, so it can feel really crowded when more than two or three people are inside at the same time. We have shelves filled with all kinds of charging cables, phone cases, and that usual stuff. It’s definitely not the neatest place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of the neighborhood and we just have to sit and wait with the customers in the dark until it comes back on. It gives us a chance to talk about the local news or the weather. We’ve been here for quite a few years now, so we know almost everyone who lives on this block. We don't have any kind of corporate feel at all. It’s just a regular neighborhood shop where you can get your phone fixed or buy some extra talk time. We try to stay open as long as possible because people always have phone issues and need a place to go.
