You can find Aman Real Property Advisor over in Shimlapuri Village, specifically near Aman Market on the Alandi Markal Road. This area, around Dhanori and Khed, is where we spend all our time. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes if you aren’t used to the roads, but for us, it’s just home. The market is always buzzing with people, and our office is right in the middle of that energy. We deal with a lot of land and plots around the Khed and Alandi stretch. Most of our work involves driving out to see different sites and talking to the local farmers or people building their first homes. It gets dusty and the sun is usually pretty strong, so we drink a lot of water and tea throughout the day. We aren't trying to be some big city agency with suits and ties. We’re just local guys who know the land prices and the people around here. If a new road is coming in or a water line is being laid, we usually hear about it first. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people who are nervous about buying land. Our desk is usually covered in site maps and half-empty tea cups. It’s not a polished operation, but we get things done for the folks who come to see us.
