Aman Property Dealer is right here on Pakhowal Road, not too far from the City Center. We’ve been at F 435 for a good while now. Most days start with opening up the shutters and getting the dust off the chairs because the road outside stays pretty busy. It gets loud with all the cars going toward the center, but you get used to it. We spend most of our time talking to folks who are looking for a place to stay or maybe a bit of land to hold onto. It isn’t fancy work. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting through the afternoon heat with the fan going. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw the sign while stuck in traffic. We know this specific stretch of road like the back of our hands. If someone asks about a particular plot or a house nearby, we usually have an idea about it without having to look at a map. The office is just a regular room with some old files and a couple of desks. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just about helping people find what they need in this part of town and making sure the paperwork gets handled without too many headaches. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days we are out on the bike all morning. That’s just how it goes here.
