A K Real Estate & To Let Service is based out of the address at 32-C Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. We also have the spot at 135/139 Kazi Syed Street over in Masjid Bunder West. It keeps us pretty busy moving between these places. People looking for rentals usually come to us because we have lists of what’s open in the neighborhood. To let services are what we do most days. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on properties to see if they are still available. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and knowing the local landlords. Masjid Bunder is always crowded, so doing business there is different than in Yogeshwar. We try to keep things simple. If a room is open, we tell you. If it's not, we find something else. It's just us working here, trying to keep track of who is moving in and who is moving out. Some days the traffic near Kazi Syed Street is so bad it takes forever to get anything done, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been handling rentals for a good bit now and we know the buildings around here inside and out. It’s not a corporate setup, just a small office where we talk to people face to face. We handle the basic stuff so people can find a place to live without too much stress or needing a lot of extra help.
