Our office for A B Real Estate is tucked away on Firozpur Road, right near the Octroi and Po Barewal Road. It’s a small space, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We spend our time looking at plots of land and talking to folks who want to buy or sell a bit of property around here. Real estate can be a complicated business, but we try to keep it as straightforward as we can. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, so my desk is usually buried under folders and maps of the local area. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know the roads and the neighborhoods pretty well. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we’ve seen how much Firozpur Road has changed over the years. We aren't the type to give you a high-pressure sales pitch. Usually, we just sit down, have some water, and talk about what’s available. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times it takes months of waiting and checking documents. That’s just the nature of the work. If you’re driving by the Octroi, you’ll see our small sign. It’s a modest place, but it serves our needs. We don't bother with fancy slogans. We just show people what’s on the market and help them through the steps of the process.
