We are a family-run business located in the Gomti Nagar area. The shop has been passed down through the family for a while now, and these days we are the ones handling the day-to-day work. Our office is very basic, just a few mismatched chairs and piles of paperwork sitting on old wooden tables that have been here forever. We handle a little bit of everything depending on what our customers need when they walk through the door. Being in Gomti Nagar means we get to see a wide variety of people every day. Some are just passing through the neighborhood, while others have lived on this street for as long as we have. My sons help out with the phone calls and the bookkeeping while I take care of the people who come in to talk face-to-face. We do not have a big fancy neon sign outside, just the name written on the door. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the ceiling fan going at full speed. We try to stick to a regular schedule, but something always seems to pop up at the last minute to keep us late. It is the kind of place where we know most of our customers by their first names and we know exactly how they like things done. We don't use any high-tech software, just our notebooks and some pens. It’s just us doing what we know best in this part of town.
