If you are looking for us, we are over at B 2/158 in Virat Khand, which is part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. This area is pretty well known, so it isn’t too hard to find. The office itself is tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more like a home than a big business center. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. There are usually a few cars parked out front and the sound of the neighborhood in the background. Inside, we’ve got our computers set up and shelves full of files and folders. We spend most of the day going through various consulting projects. It is a lot of reading and typing, really. There is a small table in the corner where we sit when we need to discuss something away from our screens. We aren’t big on formal meetings; we just talk when something needs to be said. The walls are mostly plain, and we have a few plants that someone remembers to water every now and then. It feels like a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive lighting because that’s not what we are about. We just want a place where we can focus and get the work done right. People come and go throughout the day, and we just keep at it until the sun goes down. It is a steady way to spend the week in Lucknow and we’ve gotten to know the local tea stall guy pretty well by now.
