Incubis Consultants, New Delhi actually has this location at F3250 in Rajajipuram, Lucknow. It’s a bit of a funny thing having New Delhi in the name but being physically in Lucknow. We get asked about that sometimes. The office is in a residential part of Rajajipuram, so it feels very quiet and tucked away. It’s a standard house that has been converted into a workspace. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room. The kitchen is where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. We do a lot of consulting work, which means lots of meetings and typing on laptops. It’s not a very loud office. Usually, the only sound is the tapping of keys or someone talking on the phone in the next room. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a security guard. You just ring the bell and someone lets you in. We like it this way because it’s relaxed. We don't have to wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear jeans. The garden outside is a nice place to sit for a few minutes if we need a break from the screen. We are just a group of people trying to provide good advice and get our reports finished on time. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
