We have a small sign so people can find us, but most folks just know us by now. Inside, it’s just a few of us. We have some plastic chairs for when people come to talk to us. The walls are a bit bare, and the floor is just plain stone. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment. There's a computer that we share and lots of paper ledgers. We keep the windows open for air, even though it gets a bit noisy from the traffic outside. It's a real place with real dust on the shelves. We don't try to look like a big company. We just show up every morning, unlock the gate, and start the day's work. Sometimes we stay late if there's a lot to do, but usually, we wrap up by evening. It’s a steady pace here in Faizullaganj and we like it that way.
