Wakiro Salon

We are located at 103 Maruti Puram. It’s right across from Manjula Hospital here in Indira Nagar. Being near a hospital means there's always something going on outside. People walking by, ambulances sometimes, and folks visiting. Our shop, Wakiro Salon, is a place where guys come to look a bit better. We do the basic stuff, mostly haircuts and shaving. We have some decent chairs and the lighting is okay for what we need. It’s not a high-end place with fancy lights or music, just a normal salon for normal people in Lucknow. We’ve been here a while now. You get used to the rhythm of the street and the noise. Some customers come in after a very long day of work. They just want to sit down and get a haircut without too much fuss or talking. We listen if they want to talk, or we stay quiet if they look tired. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quick, so we’re always sweeping up. It’s a small space, but we make it work for everyone. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous shop in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who live around Maruti Puram. It’s a simple business. We open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. That’s our day, every day. It’s not much, but it’s ours. We hope the neighborhood folks keep coming back to see us.
