Maxwell Beauty Clinic

Maxwell Beauty Clinic is in Aishbagh, specifically in the Pili Colony area. It is a small beauty spot where we do hair, skin, and things like that. We are right in the middle of the colony so we see the same faces every day. It’s a very local kind of place. We don't have those big salon chairs or expensive lights you see on TV. We just have the basic stuff that works. Pili Colony is a tight-knit place and we feel like a part of it. The morning is usually slow, but by the afternoon we have a lot of women coming in to chat and get their hair done. It can get pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We use simple products and we don't try to sell anything extra. People just come here because they know us and it’s close to their homes. The clinic has a few mirrors and some stools for waiting. We keep the floor swept and the towels clean. It’s not a fancy business, just a way to make a living and help people look a bit nicer. We have been in Aishbagh for years and we don't plan on moving. It’s a comfortable spot for us and for the ladies who visit. We just do our work and enjoy the company of our neighbors in Pili Colony. The day ends when the sun goes down and we head home.
