V.S.M.S BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located at C 6/3302 in the Rajajipuram area of Lucknow. We've been working out of this office for a while now. Since we are in the buildcon line, we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with local regulations. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our records and meet with people. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and maps of the city. Being in Rajajipuram is convenient because it’s a well-established part of town. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Lucknow over the years, and we’re just happy to be a part of it. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about what we do. It’s a small group of us here. We make sure the bills are paid and the projects keep moving forward. Some days we are out on the field, and other days we are stuck at our desks. It’s just the way the business goes. We try to be fair and do what we say we're going to do. That's really all there is to it. We don’t have a massive crew, so everyone has to chip in. Whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers, we just get it done. We’re just regular people working hard.
