We've been here at Vishwas Khand in Gomti Nagar for a while now. Most days you'll find us busy with the machines and making sure the rubber orders are going out as they should. It gets noisy sometimes, but that's just how the shop floor is. My name is on the paperwork but really it’s a team effort here at No. 3/338. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that because we spend most of our time in the back working. It’s a bit dusty, honestly. We mostly deal with industrial stuff, so if you're looking for a shiny showroom, you’re in the wrong place. Gomti Nagar has changed a lot since we started, more traffic and more buildings now. We try to keep things simple. If someone calls, we answer. If there’s a problem with a batch, we fix it. It’s not complicated. We just focus on getting the rubber parts right so our customers don't have to worry about them later. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work tough, but we manage. We aren't some big multinational corporation with a thousand layers of management. It’s just us, working through the orders and making sure the address on the box is correct. Life is busy enough without making things more difficult than they need to be. We just keep our heads down and do the job every day. No more, no less.
