Verdurous

Verdurous is located in Vinay Khand, Gomti Nagar. It’s a part of Lucknow that has grown quite a lot. Our office is tucked away in a spot that’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. It’s more of a residential-feeling area, which we like because it isn't so chaotic. The building we are in is just a standard structure. We have a couple of rooms that we use for our daily operations. We don’t have any big corporate branding or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just shelves with files and our workstations. The windows let in some sunlight in the morning, which is nice. We usually start the day by opening things up and letting some fresh air in. There isn't a big team here. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to keeping the place clean. Sometimes we walk over to the local market in Gomti Nagar to get some snacks or supplies. It feels very grounded and local. We don't write mission statements or have big meetings about our goals. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. The neighborhood has changed, with new houses and shops, but we’ve stayed in this same spot in Vinay Khand. It’s a simple setup for a simple business, and that’s how we prefer to keep things for now.
