We set up Soar Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. in a quiet corner of Vikas Nagar, specifically at H-3/491 in Sector 3. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than a big tech hub, which actually suits us just fine. The office is basically a few rooms with desks and a lot of tangled wires everywhere. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s not a glamorous setup with bean bags or free snacks like you see on TV. It’s just us working through code and projects. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea gets cold because we forgot about it while working. We started this because we liked the work, not because we wanted to run some massive corporation. Most of the people around here are families, so it’s pretty peaceful during the day. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. If you walk by, you might hear the sound of keyboards clicking away. It’s steady work, and we try to get things done right without making too much of a fuss. We don’t have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, one of us just gets up from our desk to see who it is. It’s simple, and it works for what we need to do.
