Vandna Shringar Mahal

Vandna Shringar Mahal is located on Kursi Road in the Aliganj Bazar area of Lucknow. It is more of a traditional shop where we sell beauty items and also offer some small services. I have been in this spot for quite a while now and I know most of the people who walk past my door every day. The shop is filled with various things like bangles, bindis, and different types of makeup products that ladies in Aliganj like to buy. I also have a small corner where I do threading and basic facial work if someone asks for it. Kursi Road is usually very crowded so there is always something happening outside. I don't have any fancy displays or bright neon signs just the name of the shop painted above the door. Most of my day is spent showing different items to customers or chatting with the other shopkeepers nearby. It is a simple life and the work is steady enough to keep me going through the month. I don't really use any modern marketing tricks to get people in. They just see the shop while they are out buying groceries in the bazar and stop by. I try to keep my prices low so that everyone can afford a little something for themselves. It is just a small local business trying to do its part in the neighborhood. I have lived here my whole life.
