We are Uran Organic Export Private Limited, and you can find us at Md-1/340 in the Lda Colony on Kanpur Road. It is a pretty straightforward spot to get to. We focus on organic exports, which means we spend a lot of time worrying about certifications and making sure the products are actually what they say they are. Our office isn't some high-tech lab. It’s just a regular space with some desks and a lot of samples of grains or whatever else we are exporting that month. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and suppliers. Sometimes they’re late, or the crop isn't what we expected, and we have to figure out a backup plan. That’s just part of the organic business. We’ve been in this part of Lucknow for a while. We like the colony because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of writers. It’s just us. We write our own emails and answer our own phones. We aren't perfect, and we’ve definitely had some long days where nothing seemed to go right, but we just keep at it. We try to be fair with the people we buy from and the people we sell to. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the daily tasks.
