Having a school nearby means there is a lot of noise and traffic when the bells ring, but it keeps the neighborhood feeling alive. Our office is a small, cluttered space that we have called home for many years. We have got stacks of papers and samples from all over the place. We handle both importing and exporting, so we are always dealing with different types of goods. It is never the same day twice around here. We aren't a big firm with a bunch of managers. It is just a few of us doing the legwork. We spend most of our time on the phone with shipping agents or checking on delivery statuses. It can be stressful when things get stuck at the port, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't have any flashy brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while dropping their kids off at the school. We are just local people running a business the best way we know how. It is a bit messy and loud sometimes, but it is our way of life. We just keep at it every day.
