D. T. Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is on the 1st Floor of the Regency building at Avadh Chowk. This is a pretty central area, so there is always plenty of activity right outside our windows. Avadh Chowk is a well-known spot, which helps when we have to tell people where to find us for the first time. Being on the first floor is nice because we do not have to wait for the elevator, which can be quite slow during the busy hours. Our office is a mix of old wooden furniture and stacks of paper. At D. T. Overseas Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our time coordinating shipments and talking to people overseas. It involves a lot of different time zones and late-night emails. We do not have a big, fancy staff. It is just a few of us who have worked together for many years. The office is not always perfectly tidy, especially when a big shipment is coming through and we are rushing. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about the day. It is a practical workspace. We are not trying to impress anyone with a sleek look or modern art. We just focus on getting the details right for our export work. The noise from Avadh Chowk can be a bit much in the afternoons, but we have gotten used to it. It feels like the rhythm of our workday.
