Topmark Solutions Private Limited is over in Lekhraj Khazana, specifically at Shop No 117. Being in a shopping complex like this means there is always something going on. You hear people walking by and the sounds of other shops opening and closing. It’s a small space, as you’d expect for a shop unit, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We spend our days helping people who come in with questions. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk. Sometimes it gets crowded if more than three people show up at once. We don't have a big waiting room or anything, just a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait. The lighting in the mall is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake. We usually open up around the same time as the other stores in the area. It’s a steady routine for us. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just providing solutions for folks who need them in Lucknow. Most of our work is straightforward. We deal with the paperwork and the digital side of things right there at the counter. When things are slow, we chat with the neighbors in the other shops. It’s a good community here. We like being part of a place where people are always moving. It feels more alive than sitting in a hidden office somewhere. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
