Tip Top Hair Cutting Salon

Over here at Tip Top Hair Cutting Salon, we spend most of our time at Sec-F Chauraha. It’s right there on the LDA Kanpur Road in Lucknow. If you know the 226012 area, you’ve probably passed by us. The intersection is always moving with cars and bikes. We opened up in LDA Colony because it felt like a good place to set up a shop. Being on the corner means we see everything. Some days are just constant work. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just us here at the shop. The name Tip Top was something we picked a long time ago. It sounds old fashioned now, but we like it. We focus on cutting hair and that’s it. My cousin and I run the place usually. We know the tea stall guy nearby and the people who live in the colony. Lucknow is a big city but this little part of Kanpur Road feels like home. We don’t have a website or a fancy mission. We just open the shutters in the morning. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit. That’s just how things are here. We have some regulars who have been coming for years. They sit down and we already know what they want. It makes the day go by faster. We are just a local hair salon trying to do okay. Sometimes people stop by just to ask for directions since we are on the chauraha.
