Our office is located at C-1478 in R S M Nagar, which is part of the 226016 zip code in Lucknow. We are Swayambhu Wellness. We mostly deal with things that help people feel a bit better in their daily lives. It’s a residential sort of area, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main market roads. We’ve been here for a bit now, just doing our thing. It’s not a huge operation with a bunch of managers. It is just us looking after the orders and making sure everything is correct. We talk to a lot of people about wellness, but we don't try to sound like doctors. We are just regular folks who think there is a good way to stay healthy using natural stuff. The building we are in is simple and we share the neighborhood with a lot of families. Sometimes we have tea outside and talk to the neighbors about how the day is going. We don't have a big marketing budget or glossy brochures. We just rely on people telling their friends about us if they like what we do. It’s a slow and steady way to run a business but it works for us. Lucknow has been good to us so far and we plan to stay right here in R S M Nagar for the foreseeable future.
