Soumya Beauty Parlour

Our shop Soumya Beauty Parlour is at Shop No-2/13 on Faizabad Road. We are in the Indira Nagar area of Lucknow and a good way to find us is to look for the Lekhraj building because we are quite near that. Faizabad Road is always packed with cars and bikes so it can be a bit of a challenge to cross the street to get to us. The shop is small but we use the space well with a few chairs and a shelf for all our bottles and jars. We have a curtain at the front for when it gets too sunny outside. A lot of our customers are students or people working in the nearby offices who just want something simple. We don't have any of those fancy machines you see on TV but we have good scissors and a steady hand. The floor is just plain cement and we have a small radio that plays local songs while we work. It’s a very normal place where you can just sit and relax for a bit while we do your hair. We see the same people every month and we know all the stories about their families and jobs. It’s a nice community feeling even with all the busy traffic right outside our door. We just open up and do our work every single day without making it complicated.
