Shakti Apartment is a decent building. It’s got a lot of residents and some other small businesses like ours. We have been here for a bit now. The space in B-501 is where everything happens. We don't have fancy decorations. It is just a functional office. We have our desks pushed up against the walls. The air feels a bit different up here. Bharwara is a growing spot. There is always construction going on nearby. It makes the roads a bit dusty. We spend our days answering calls and dealing with whatever comes our way. It’s a real job for real people. We aren't some big international conglomerate with a glass tower. We are just in an apartment in Lucknow. It feels right for us. We know the security guards by name. It’s a simple routine we have developed over time. We share a small fridge for our lunches and water.
